All rights, obligations, specials, orders and agreements that fall under these General Terms and Conditions, and under this condition. In the case of translation or explanation of the contents of Hamako’s website, these General Terms and Conditions will remain determinate.
1. GeneralThese conditions apply to all sales and agreements between Hamako and the consumer, whereby Hamako will apply these conditions unless agreed otherwise in writing. If articles are ordered from Hamako, the purchaser automatically accepts the stipulations set out in these General Terms and Conditions.
2. OrdersOnce an order has been placed, the consumer will directly receive an email to confirm the details of the order and the total costs associated with the order. All orders will be sent within five working days after receipt of payment by the consumer. In the case of technical malfunction, however, which falls under the category of circumstances beyond Hamako’s control, an order will be shipped as soon as possible. Hamako will keep the consumer duly informed of the status of the order. We strive to keep our website (www.hamakobaby.com) as current as possible. However, the possibility remains that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact the consumer as soon as possible.A product must be delivered to the consumer within 30 days of the order placement. If Hamako fails to comply with this, the consumer may immediately break the order contract. This is not possible, however, if the parties involved have previously agreed to a different delivery term.
3. Prices and PaymentAll prices indicated on Hamako’s website are free tax. Consumers are able to make payments electronically to Hamako in many different ways. The differing payment methods are indicated on the website under the title “Payment”. Shipment of the order will take place once Hamako has received payment for the order. Hamako will add the shipping costs to the invoice of the order. More information concerning the shipping costs can be found under the title: “Shipping”.
4. DeliveryThe delivery time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. However, the final delivery time will not exceed more than one week of the indicated delivery time, excepting cases of 'force majeure'. The order will be processed and shipped within five working days of receiving payment. Hamako cannot be held responsible if the post is unable to deliver the order to the consumer on time.
5. ReturnsHamako will gladly accept returns. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please return all items in its original packaging and with the original hangtags. Hamako will not accept any items that have been washed, worn, stained, damaged or altered in any way. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender, minus the shipping costs for returning the items.
An item can be exchanged for the same style in a different size or colour. If the new item is less expensive the amount will be credited. When an item is more expensive you will be given a new invoice and a new payment request. The old invoice will be credited and refunded to the account it was paid from.
Exchanging an item for a different style is not possible. In that case the order will be refunded, any new items can be bought in the online store.
All returns should be accompanied by a note with the order number, reason of return and whish for exchange or refund. Unidentifiable returns may not be possible to refund. Returns will be handled within 5 working days from receiving the return. The returned items will be refunded to the same card or account that they were paid from. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Hamako recommends sending your return with traceable post, so please keep your track & trace receipt to track your order. We have no information on your return while it is on its way to us. Shipping costs for returning are the responsibility of the customer. Lost packages will not be refunded.
If Hamako sent the wrong item or the item appears to be defect upon arrival, notify Hamako within 14 days from receiving the item(s). We will refund the return shipping costs and send you the new and correct items as soon as possible, if stock is available.
Our perfume 'Nurture' can be only exchanged when it's still sealed in its original packaging.
